Nara Walker is an artist, poet, & crafter residing in Florida. She calls her art style prettyism; because the number one complaint from her art teachers was that her style was “too pretty”. The primary influences on her art are Neo-classicism, Expressionism, Asian comics, & Classic b&w films. Her comics are styled after Japanese shoujo (girls) comics, so they are emotion driven, focusing on feelings of the characters.
